We can always depend on Boston Preferred Car Service. We were due in at 4pm yesterday, but delayed almost 4 hours due to mechanical issues with the plane. When the plane landed, I received a text saying our driver, Levi was waiting for us!!! He and all the drivers, through the years, have always arrived early am or late pm with a smile and very professional. Over the last few years, our traveling times have been constantly changing due to weather or airline issues, but no matter what Boston Preferred Car Service always arranges for the changes! We are grateful to know this company will always be there for us. Thank you to all!!!

Exceptional experience. I highly recommend this tour as a great way to acquaint yourself with Boston. Our driver, Sam, was professional, friendly, and very informative as we toured areas of interest around Boston and Cambridge. We scheduled this driving tour for our first day in Boston. The information given during this tour set the stage for how we chose to spend our time for the remainder of our vacation. Many thanks to Sam for an exceptional tour.

Sam did a great job showing us around the Lexington and Concord area, as well Harvard and some corners of Boston we hadn’t had time to explore on our own. The passenger van was very nice and comfortable, easily accommodating all of our luggage. We felt safe with Sam as a driver and his timing was impeccably on-time from beginning to end. He had a cooler full of water bottles and shared interesting information as we approached important sights, but didn’t over talk just to fill the ride time, which was appreciated. He was very professional, polite, flexible and accommodating of what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend him to those wanting a private driver in the Boston area!

Wonderful trip to Newport from Boston! Our driver, Sam, was amazing and courteous with helpful insight for best places to see and places to eat. Highly recommend this company for a safe, pleasant journey.

Beware make sure you get ALL the fees brought up at the time of quoting. Called to get a quote on 07/16. From 4:30 - Midnight. I was very specific on the details; round trip from leominster to Boston round trip and she quoted $634 with an auto 20% gratituity included. I call back 07/17 and spoke with someone else to solidify and they didnt have record of yesterday, anyway gave her all my information same as above and actually took an hr away. So with all there fees and tolls/traffic, oh and they said a 20% security fee (that they will give back afger the trip if needed for overtime) + $70 car fee it came out to 1088$It didnt bother me that it was this much money but at least be upfront about it when getting the initial quote. Going from $634-$1000 is a huge differenceEdit to your response: I am just disappointed in the fact that the first time I called none of the fees mentioned on 07/17 were brought up on 07/16 is all. The only fee that was brought up to me on 07/16 was the 20% gratituity and that it would cost $634 for round trip. Im sure you guys have great driving service as it is why I had reached for quote. I did specify i did not mind the cost at all.

We use Boston Preferred regularly. The cars are always spotless and the drivers are excellent. Definitely will use again and would recommend to others.

We were on a Holland America cruise and took Viator tours as our tour guide in Boston. We were 8 in our party and our pickup was set for 10am, we came out earlier and I called the tour operator, and they sent the car earlier. Our tour guide, Sam was exceptional. He Knew Boston very well and took us around the city. He was very friendly and polite, explained the history of the city very well. He would drop us off at areas of interest and wait while we enjoy the surrounding, it was worth every penny we spent on this beautiful city. Hats off to Sam on his exceptional service.

Our chauffeur, Bill, was accommodating, personable and professional. He made us feel like family. We had four children from the age of two through eight, he was excellent and patient with all of them. Bill arrived early, and made sure all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend Boston Preferred as a service to everyone.

Levi was the most caring person in our time of need. We took the service to get to a dr appt at MGH. The patient could not walk and EMTs were had to be called. Levi stayed with us and did anything he could to make the process safer I don’t know what we would have done without him. SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE AND WILL USE BOSTON PREFERRED FOR ALL MY DRIVER NEEDS.

This was the first time using your service and will consider this as an excellent option when returning on late flights. This was our first time using this service and I cannot recommend enough! Levi was our driver on Tuesday and Saturday and I would ask for him every time as well as recommend to others! My family has been going to Cape Cod since 1950 at least and we typically drive or once in a while have flown, but after using this service we will never go back. My parents are in their 70s so driving is difficult and I would prefer a smoother, more convenient ride and this was it!

Hello,Our driver last night was a sight for sore eyes and legs lol. Our flight was delayed 3 hours and then the gate wasn't working. Coming off the plane to find Owusu eagerly wanting to help and kept saying sorry for the long flight we had. He was such a wonderful man and we had a nice conversation with him on our way home. They were great. Our train was delayed arriving and when I called, all I could do was estimate our arrival time. They took our train number and tracked the changing arrival time (arrived five hours late). Driver was there when we finally arrived at 1:15am. Kept in contact with driver by text. Car clean and comfortable.

I have been using Boston Prederred Car Service to go to and from the airport, usually for business. I have found them to be very reliable, having clean cars and friendly drivers. I have had many late night flight delays and somehow there is always a car ready as I exit the plane. This has been a very professional company to work with.
