East Sandwich is a village and census-designated place (CDP) in the northeast portion of the town of Sandwich. It is bordered by Cape Cod Bay to the north, the village of Sandwich to the west, U.S. Route 6 to the south, and the town of Barnstable to the east. Chipman Road, Crowell Road, Charles Street, and Water Street (Massachusetts Route 130) create the border between East Sandwich and Sandwich Village. The main road through the community is Massachusetts Route 6A.
